Solutions to Common Problems

Some common problems with our products can be easily fixed with these solutions.

License Management Web Site

If you need to change your email address, buy a secondary license, or extend your license for one of our products, head over to our License Management Web Site. You'll need your license number - this can be obtained by going to the License menu within the product and selecting "View License Info".

You can also access the license management system using the links under the License menu within the product. This will auto-enter the license number for you. If you've lost your license number, you can have it emailed to you via the License Management Web Site by entering your email address, just like retrieving a lost password.

Pathfinder & Shadowrun Bugs

If you have bugs to report in the Pathfinder, Shadowrun, or Mutants & Masterminds game systems, please use our bug report forms here:

Submitting your bug through this form automatically files it in our issue tracking system. You should then receive an email confirmation that your bug report was received, including a case number. (If you don't get such an email within 10-15 minutes, please check your spam folder.)

We'll follow up with you regarding the bug within three (3) business days. If we can't reproduce it ourselves, we may ask you for extra information, or a saved portfolio demonstrating the problem.
